What is Face Lift Dentistry ®

How is Treatment Done?

Dental treatment can be completely non-invasive. No-grinding veneers can be used to rebuild the entire dentition if the patient does not need crowns or fillings or have any missing teeth. The teeth are fitted with custom porcelain veneers (or partial porcelain crowns or partial gold crowns) in order allow the patient’s jaw to naturally reposition. Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ)

The jaw joint or TMJ is a very critical component in dentistry. The dentist needs to be highly skilled in TMJ care and the equipment that is necessary to test the TMJ and make the best treatment decisions. (E.g.: Myomonitor, Doppler or EMG.) The dentist must be able to restore the patient’s bite and support the facial structures while maintaining functional harmony between the TMJ and the patient’s bite.
